My practice.
Every class I teach is different, but they all share one common thread: movement guided by the breath.
For me, movement, breath, and stillness are ways of listening—ways to understand yourself a little more deeply. I’m all about letting the practice of yoga offer a space to explore, to empower, and to build a relationship with yourself that's rooted in curiosity rather than perfection.
My classes are open to all levels (unless stated otherwise), so whether you're completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, I hope you'll feel welcome and supported. My aim is always to make the practice feel accessible, inclusive, and adaptable to the individual.
I love creating spaces where people feel empowered, whatever that means for them. That's why I especially enjoy working one-to-one or with small, intimate groups, where every session can be tailored to the people in the room.
Alongside regular classes, I also bring yoga into workplaces, retreats, celebrations, and special occasions—whether it's a hen party, a birthday gathering, or something completely unique. If you have an idea, I'd love to help bring it to life.
A special part of my teaching is supporting women through pregnancy and beyond. My prenatal classes offer a safe, nurturing space for expecting mothers to move with confidence, connect with their changing bodies, and gently prepare both body and mind for birth. Whilst my postnatal classes are designed to support new mothers as they reconnect with themselves, offering space for physical recovery, emotional wellbeing, and community.
